Private Yoga Sessions
Private Yoga Sessions have been an integral part of Joy's work since her training in 1995. Two of her clients have been with her for over 13 years.
These sessions are customized to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners. Clients may be seeking improvement in sports such as golf, tennis, kayaking, hiking or baseball. Those with particular physical challenges, illness, bereavement, depression and anxiety can all be accommodated. Sessions include breath and body awareness, gentle stretches, yoga poses and relaxation
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
This is a private session combining bodywork with talk therapy. It utilizes the body’s wisdom and present experience.
Clients may experience greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, deep relaxation and release of chronic tension.
